Postage and Shipping – Di Dixon Art

Di Dixon Art is a working studio in Bowral, NSW, and all orders are shipped within Australia only.

Order processing

We aim to process orders on the next working day after your payment has cleared.
Domestic shipping (Australia only)
Most parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking, so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery. Where possible, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

For larger or more delicate pieces, such as some original artworks, we may use a reputable courier service. If a shipping cost does not appear at checkout, we will contact you with a quote for your approval before your order is dispatched.

Delivery timeframes

Please allow 1–3 working days within Australia for standard parcels; larger items may take a little longer depending on your location and the carrier.
All orders require a signature upon receipt. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to redirect it to a different address.
